Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile protection against automated submissions. This can involve processing technical information such as your IP address and browser information. Resend delivers form messages to our email inbox. Our email provider stores the resulting correspondence. These services may process information outside the UK using their applicable data protection safeguards.

Keeping your information

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as necessary to respond and manage relevant follow-up. If an enquiry leads to a tenancy, separate tenancy information and retention requirements apply.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to processing. To ask about your information, please use our contact form and select your own wording to describe the request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We have not added advertising or analytics tracking. Cloudflare may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the website, including through Turnstile.
